Shipping Policy — Flannel and Wick

We ship all Flannel and Wick orders via USPS. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and track orders, what to expect for delivery, and what to do if there’s a problem.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • During busy periods (launches, holidays, or sales) processing may take slightly longer — we’ll note any extended processing times on the site.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship via USPS and offer the shipping services available at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after shipment) are provided by USPS and are approximate:

  • USPS First-Class Mail: generally 3–5 business days (available for lightweight packages).

  • USPS Priority Mail: generally 1–3 business days.

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days (where available; overnight delivery not guaranteed to all ZIPs).

Actual transit times depend on the shipping service selected, origin/destination, and carrier delays. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • We may display flat-rate options or carrier-calculated rates depending on the products in your cart.

  • Any customs, duties, or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient (see Section 8).

4. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses in the United States and U.S. territories.

  • If you need an international shipment, please contact hello@flannelandwick.com and we’ll advise on options and pricing. International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, and additional processing time.

5. PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • USPS can deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If you select a shipping service that cannot be delivered to a PO Box, we will notify you and request an alternate address.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@flannelandwick.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. If it has already shipped, see our Refunds & Returns Policy for next steps.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information is provided in your shipment confirmation email once your package leaves our facility.

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, check around the delivery location, with household members, and any safe-place notes. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at hello@flannelandwick.com and we’ll assist in opening a carrier inquiry.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, or if it’s lost or stolen, contact us immediately at hello@flannelandwick.com with your order number and photos (if damaged).

  • For damaged items, please submit photos of the packaging and the item within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and expedite a replacement or refund per our Refunds & Returns Policy.

  • For lost or stolen packages, we will work with USPS to file a claim and help resolve the issue — please provide the tracking number and any relevant details.

9. Signature & Insurance

  • We may require a signature for high-value orders or offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. If you’d like signature confirmation or additional insurance on your shipment, contact us before placing your order or select any available options at checkout.

10. Gift Orders

  • If your order is a gift and you’d like special instructions (gift note, exclude price), add the details in the order notes or email hello@flannelandwick.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

11. Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally shipments are delayed by carrier issues, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. We’ll update you if we see a significant delay and assist with next steps.
