Read all instructions before first use and retain them for future reference.

Candle Safety — Important Instructions

  • Trim the wick before each burn. Trim to ¼" (6 mm) every time you light the candle.

  • First burn. Allow the melt pool to reach the inner edge of the container on the first burn to promote an even melt and reduce tunneling.

  • Maximum burn time. Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours continuously. Allow the candle to cool for at least 2 hours before relighting.

  • End of life. Discontinue burning when ¼–½" (6–12 mm) of wax remains.

  • Placement. Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, vents, open windows, curtains, and other flammable materials.

  • Do not move while lit. Never move a burning candle or move a container while the wax is liquid.

  • Extinguishing. Extinguish with a snuffer or the candle lid; avoid blowing candles out. Do not use water to extinguish.

  • Container condition. If a container cracks, becomes excessively hot, or shows other signs of damage, discontinue use immediately.

  • Ventilation & sensitivities. Use candles in well-ventilated areas. Discontinue use if anyone in the space experiences headaches, respiratory irritation, or other discomfort.

  • Keep away from children & pets. Never leave burning candles where children or pets can reach them.

Linen & Room Spray Safety

  • Flammability. Many sprays contain alcohol and are flammable. Do not spray near open flames, pilot lights, heated surfaces, or while smoking.

  • Test fabrics. Test on an inconspicuous area before applying to fabrics; avoid use on leather, silk, suede, or other delicate materials unless tested.

  • Avoid direct contact. Do not spray directly on skin or in the face. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

  • Ventilation & sensitivities. Use sprays sparingly and in well-ventilated areas. Those with asthma, allergies, or chemical sensitivities should use caution.

  • Storage. Store bottles upright in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not puncture or incinerate containers.

Diffusers, Reed Oils & Other Liquid Fragrance Products

  • Placement. Position diffusers on a stable, non-porous surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.

  • Staining risk. Fragrance oils can stain painted, varnished, or delicate surfaces — avoid contact and clean spills promptly.

  • Not for ingestion. Fragrance oils are for external use only. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

  • Pet safety. Some fragrance components and essential oils may be harmful to pets. Keep these products out of reach of animals and consult a veterinarian if concerned.

Allergies, Sensitivities & Medical Precautions

  • Ingredient awareness. Fragrance blends may cause allergic or sensitivity reactions in some individuals. Review ingredient lists where available.

  • Pregnancy & medical conditions. If pregnant, nursing, or under a physician’s care, consult your healthcare provider before using fragranced products if you have concerns.

  • Adverse reactions. Stop use immediately if you experience irritation, rash, wheezing, dizziness, or other adverse effects. Seek medical attention for severe reactions.

Storage, Transport & Handling

  • Optimal storage. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperatures above approximately 120°F (49°C).

  • Warm-weather shipping. Use appropriate packaging (insulation, cooling packs, secure lids) during hot weather to prevent melting or leaking.

  • Batch identification. Include batch or lot codes on packaging to support quality control and incident tracking.

  • Disposal. Dispose of aerosol containers and leftover liquids according to local regulations; do not pour large volumes of fragrance oil down drains.
